The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and attentive, resolving any issues I had. the room I stayed in was large and had all the essentials. the location was great, being very close to shopping options nearby.

Booked a room with the essentials. It met all requests. Location: the hotel was really close to all banks, and Westfield Broward Mall.

Good breakfast for free even stated as $5,- each

Wi-Fi reception in our room was very slow and poor. In the lobby and outsidemof our room reception was okay.

Had a great time here and would have totally stayed longer if I could! the staff was super attentive 👌.

The location is good.

I am sure that this once was a luxury style hotel. It is now run down, musty and needs major renovations. The breakfast area is also the Indian restaurant and when you enter for breakfast the smell of curry is overwhelming, we left right away. The carpets are really musty. will not stay there again or recommend it.

The room I stayed in had all the basics and was really spacious. Also, its close proximity to Sawgrass Mills was super convenient 😊.

having asked for disabled room this was inaccessible shower for my mother. The disabilty act needs to be considered by the hotel. The room was foul smelling. the coffee maker had lots of ants the sheets were not clean the room looked as if no one had used it although i i was told the ground rooms are sought after. the room had various smells included old musky and tabaco. when checked out the following morning with disgust and a total disappointment. There were lots of you studious people around as if a conference may have been in place not to be repeated i intend to get it looked at as various bodies once i i have spoken to the tourist board. i informed the reception i was unhappy within 10 minutes and wanted to leave then. it was raining heavily my mother was distressed from our longhaul flight from london we had to pay a bill which should not have been paid as what was required and offered was not what was being recieved. what can be done to retify as its serious we spent our time at the holiday inn express instead outside of our intended budget. i need to be compensated my mother could not even shower
